Our Approach

Little Treasures is dedicated to providing our families with a safe, fun, year-round learning environment for children from infants through kindergarten. We offer a state of the art facility that has everything your child needs to aid in their learning. We maintain a comfortable environment that is as warm and inviting as your own home. Our teachers are committed to providing each child with the necessary experiences needed to open their minds and expand their abilities.

Grow NJ Kids
Little Treasures Learning Center is electively participating in the Grow NJ Kids program.

Grow NJ Kids is New Jersey’s new quality rating and improvement system designed to create a universal standard of quality for all early care and education programs throughout New Jersey. It is run by State of New Jersey, Department of Human Services & Division of Family Development. This program pushes Little Treasures to be in a continuous state of self-improvement. We look forward to being assessed as we have been working hard to achieve all of the program’s goals.


Professional Impact NJ Award
Our Director, Christine Glennon, received the 2013 Professional Impact NJ Award for her initiative in staff development.

Christine encourages all the teachers at Little Treasures to continue to grow by pursuing higher education in early childhood development and attending training programs.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you have an open parent policy?

A: Yes. Parents are welcome to visit and pick up their children at any point during the day. However, we do ask that you notify us ahead of time to minimize the disruption to our daily routine.

Q: Can I watch my child from work?

A: Yes. Parents are given their own id and password information when they they register their child at Little Treasures Learning Center. This gives parents a chance to view the classroom activities through out the day.

Q: Is lunch provided?

A: Yes. Children enrolled at Little Treasures Learning Center have the option to bring food from home or purchase the meal plan. Look at the fees schedule for prices.

Q: Is there a snack program for children in your care?

A: Yes. All children enrolled at Little Treasures Learning Center receive a mid morning snack that consists of dry cereal served with milk and a mid afternoon snack that consists of cookies or crackers served with juice. Parents may send alternate snacks if they wish to.

Q: What kind of emergency training does your staff have?

A: All of our childcare providers are required to have infant and child first aid and CPR training.


LTLC looks for individuals who have a true desire to help teach and nurture young children. Applicants should be reliable and hard working with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some positions require certification and/or degrees. And, at Little Treasures Learning Center we have strict requirements for those interested in joining our team.
